Our special guest, Jared Scott, has been experimenting with every new and old-world technique since 2012. He is a wild-eyed apple-obsessed mad scientist who crafts each cider with the goal of putting the apple first. Jared even makes cider from a single tree, just to see what an unnamed fruit can do! Recently, he left his life in academia to focus on crafting America's finest cider.
