Get ready for summer adventures by stocking your first aid kit. What do you need for different outdoor activities? How do you use a tourniquet, epi pen, or splint? Bring your own first aid kit for discussion and feedback.
Drs. Jay and Amanda Mullen are family doctors who recently relocated to the area and are pursuing their Wilderness Medicine Society fellowships. They enjoy rock climbing, mountain biking, snowboarding, and backpacking.
