Wellness Wednesdays at the Dolores Public Library
Yoga is back—and it's even better. Beginning Wednesday, August 20th at 5:30 PM, join us at the Dolores Public Library every week for Wellness Wednesdays, a rotating series of classes featuring Yoga, Qigong, or Meditation. These sessions offer a gentle, supportive space for anyone looking to relax, move mindfully, and recharge midweek.
All experience levels are welcome, and all bodies are warmly invited. Bring your own mat if you have one, or borrow one from us. We look forward to seeing you there.
