Join us at the library on Thursday, October 29 at 6:00 PM for a compelling evening with award-winning investigative journalist and Torrey House author, Annette McGivney.

McGivney will discuss her new true crime book, Plastic Shaman, which examines the tragic 2009 Sedona sweat lodge incident while delving into broader critical discussions surrounding spiritual appropriation and the commodification of the modern wellness industry.

Refreshments will be provided. All are welcome!
