Gentle Yoga is every Wednesday from 5:30-6:30p. Open to all levels. All of our teachers recommend that you listen to your body and take our cues as suggestions.
Free. Registration is required due to space being limited. Call to register: 970-882-4127
Please bring your own mat and any props you may need as we do not have any at the library.
Every week yoga is taught by a different teacher and the style varies. Often it is a flow class, but we also offer Kundalini style. If you're a yoga teacher and you'd like to volunteer to teach in the rotation, please don't hesitate to reach out to Emily at adult.services@doloreslibrary.org. We always need more teachers!
