After-school story time (Rainbow Readers) at the Dolores Public Library will begin in September. Each group will meet every-other Tuesday throughout the year from 3:30 – 4:30.
This program is for children who love books and are motivated to learn. It is not a remedial reading program. We will have story time and snacks as well as fun projects. Your child should be reminded that this program is a privilege. We don’t have time for discipline interruptions. The children will earn new books for their personal library.
I will meet the students at school on Tuesdays and will walk them to the library. We will use a stop sign at the crosswalks. You must pick up your child at the library at 4:30. Although the program is free to all students, we will ask you to provide snacks throughout the year.
